MJ O'Hara
President · Crew Leader · SalesI'm MJ, the owner of MJ's Home Improvement. I started this business three years ago by going door to door, introducing myself to homeowners, and asking if they wanted pressure washing services. It slowly expanded into general landscaping, started with smaller jobs, and I slowly built it into the business it is today — taking on projects I had never dreamed of.
I've personally built MJ's Home Improvement from the ground up. I still talk directly with customers, prepare estimates, and work solo or with my crew on our projects. When you hire us, you're not dealing with a salesperson or a large company — you're working directly with the person responsible for making sure the job gets done right, so nothing is lost in communication.
Since starting, we've worked with more than 250 local customers in the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. A lot of our work now comes from repeat customers and referrals, which means a lot to me because that's how I know people trust our work. I take pride in being dependable, keeping customers updated, and leaving every property looking better than when we arrived.
Marco Rodriguez-House
Crew Leader · General Company ConsultThe most recent addition to our team, Marco has joined with the goal of company growth. He mainly runs the management side of the business, while still working in the field, with expertise in property maintenance and landscape design. When not working for MJ's, he is an avid nordic skier with a love for the outdoors.
